I’ve always been picturing myself living in the city. Not only do I like the city, I love the big cities, such as Los Angeles, Houston and New York. I can say I see myself living in the heart of a city when the future arrives. I love the excitement it brings and the amount of things that seen to be going on at the same time. From New York movers to Houston construction workers, I love it all. I can’t never get enough of it!

I just took a test in chemistry..the last one before the final exam. Although I know for a fact that I will not walk out of the class with higher than a C, but I’ll be happy as heck that it’ll be over. Actually, I have to see if I passed the class. All I need to do is to pass the final with a decent grade and I’ll be set; no more chemistry for the rest of my life (hopefully).

I want to go to Urban Outfitters, I’ve been meaning to go, but I don’t really have the chance to since it’s about 20 minutes away. I don’t want to get anything fancy such as corsets, but just the casual stuff on sale that are really good deals. Although most of their stuff is out of my range, I like to look and imagine ‘if only’.

The cable went out for about 6 hours the other day and my life was put on hold. It’s funny how dependent we all are of the internet and cable nowadays. But I had a valid excuse to be to on that day. I had online homeworks that I had to do by midnight and it sucked because I was in the middle of getting help by my friend. We were being so studious and all of a sudden, while submitting an answer, the internet went down. Turns out, this truck at a nearby street ran over a cord and broke it. I mean, seriously, how can you manage to do that!?

We went to Big Lots the other day and was looking for nice cheap humidifiers. Anyone know anything about Air O Swiss humidifiers?

We arrived at his mom’s house and I can’t wait to see some fireworks! I’m not sure if we are going to see any tonight but I really do hope so! The other day we saw our first fireworks together right outside of Walmart while we were walking in. I made him stop and look for a little while. Heh. How romantic isn’t it?? Maybe I’ll make him buy some fireworks tonight.

All this road tripping and vacationing is ending too soon. I’m dreading school on Tuesday. By the way, I got two A’s on both of my classes. Haha, I know that won’t happen again with CHEMISTRY this summer semester. Blech.

So remember the other day when I wrote about Michael looking for GPS? Well we found one ! We figure we need to get one because we spent the whole day on the tollways and highways and we would be going to visit his mom soon which is three hours away and also going back home. We went to Walmart and it said (the one he wanted) it was $154. We called his uncle and he said to go to Best Buy instead; predictable. Haha. Well we went there and it said it was $219! So they just matched the price and waa laa, he got himself a GPS. That thing is really cool. I want one!!

This morning was our last day in the city which was pretty sad because I enjoyed it a lot. I loved the asian-ness and everything. Well we woke up at 7:30am (early as heck) to drive to his mom’s place which is about 3 hours away. It was a pretty decent trip seeing how I slept most of the time. heh. I mentioned earlier about watches and how I think I might consider wearing one again but then I remembered having a pocket watch when I was younger and how convenient it was…I think. So many choices! I think I’ll stick to my cell phone for now.

We spent the whole day (and when I said the whole day, I’m not exaggerating, it was literally the whole day) looking for cars. His dad is a hard man to deal with, almost as bad as my parents haha. But in the end they got a car. I think it was because the last dealership we went to, he knew everyone there. When we found out that his dad was friends with almost everyone there, I thought to myself that this would only go two ways: either they weren’t going to be friends anymore after his dad tries to deal with them or since they’re friends, he won’t try to go too hard on them. Well turns out, it was the second one!

..This means ROAD TRIP!

His uncle is obsessed with Best Buy and it’s hilarious. He can spend an hour there and literally buy the whole store. His favorite credit card is its card because it has no interest and I don’t know…it’s hilarious how concentrated he was when we were in there the other day. While he was looking for his stuff, Michael and I were looking for gps tracking devices because we travel a lot and I’d be nice to have one. I know a lot of people with those things and they don’t need it at all; I’m not sure why they have it; what a waste of money. His uncle told us of a really cheap one at Best Buy that we didn’t see. I think we are going back there soon to check the cheap one out!

Since I didn’t have any classes today, I was able to hang out with a couple of friends. I ate lunch and then went out to the pool. I had a really good time with her. We bonded while laying on the floatie in the pool. It was a nice day. Of course, since it’s Friday, I had to work and the hang out had to end early but I’m pretty satisfied. I would have been happier if my friend Shantel was able to come in today but she couldn’t. Maybe next week.

Work was really busy today. We had a lot of graduation dinners and big parties so I was literally on my toes for the whole day. I’m working four nights in a row this week, I’m not complaining really, because I do need the money. I also got paid today a good amount of delicious money, which pretty much made my night.

We’re taking XiaoBao to the vet tomorrow, well if he doesn’t have time to, I’ll take him by myself, but I hope he has time!

I just took a test on Thursday which was pretty simple and I pretty much proud of myself. I knew most of the questions and there were some that were even bonuses! I didn’t know what to expect on the first test, because people who took the class told me different things to study and I ended up studying for the wrong thing. Well it’s safe to say that this is one of the few classes I’m glad I have a book for. I didn’t actually buy the book, I borrowed it from a friend, but I’m so glad that I have it. In that class, I don’t have class on Fridays, and luckily my teacher form the other class said we didn’t have class on Friday either! So it’s a three day weekend for me.
